Description:

Call Center Operators answer main line campus calls and emergency calls then transfer accordingly, monitor campus fire alarm systems, take boiler readings during boiler operation, maintain legal records of call/emergency activities, other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have good phone etiquette
  • Must have good spelling and penmanship
  • Must enunciate appropriately when speaking
  • Must work well with others
  • Must enjoy working in public service
  • Must be willing to work some weekends, holidays, and grave shifts
  • Must be enrolled in 12 credit hours for Fall 2021
  • Must submit and application and resume to be considered
