Description:
Call Center Operators answer main line campus calls and emergency calls then transfer accordingly, monitor campus fire alarm systems, take boiler readings during boiler operation, maintain legal records of call/emergency activities, other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have good phone etiquette
- Must have good spelling and penmanship
- Must enunciate appropriately when speaking
- Must work well with others
- Must enjoy working in public service
- Must be willing to work some weekends, holidays, and grave shifts
- Must be enrolled in 12 credit hours for Fall 2021
- Must submit and application and resume to be considered
